  • How many bottles in a case?

    Good question! 1 case of wine contains 6 bottles.

  • How do I get there?

    There are a multitude of transport options. Shuttle/Taxi, bring your own vehicle on the car ferry or even catch a Helicopter in. We recommend booking in advance to make your day that more enjoyable, but don’t let that stop you if it’s a spur of the moment decision.

    We are located a little further a field on the eastern side of the island, so its important to make a bit more time to get here. The trip will reward you though, with some of the best unspoilt views of the Hauraki Gulf.

  • When are you open?

    Due to Covid-19 our Tasting Room is closed until further notice.

  • What are your payment options?

    We accept Visa and MasterCard through Payment Express for all orders. As standard practice we force all our pages to be encrypted on our website to furthermore offer peace of mind and security.

    Please note we do not hold any credit card information.

  • Can I get refund?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch. Please note we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order, so please choose your wine carefully.

  • Where do we ship to?

    Currently – we only ship to addresses in New Zealand.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    FREE shipping is provided on orders consisting of any 12 bottles or more. For orders under this amount, your shipping will be calculated at checkout before you pay. Currently we charge a flat rate amount anywhere in New Zealand.

    Plus, if you buy any 12 bottles, we’ll give you a generous 15% discount.

  • How long does it take for delivery?

    We understand that a great purchasing experience is all about how quickly we can deliver it. If we have the products you order in stock, we’ll dispatch your order within 24 Hours. We will email you promptly in the unlikely event that you’ve ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock and how long it will take on back order.

    We expect to have your goods delivered within 5 working days within New Zealand.

  • The product I received is damaged.

    If the goods you have received are damaged, faulty or defective in anyway, please contact us within 5 working days and this will be dealt with in accordance with our warranty terms.
