  • How many bottles in a case?

    Good question! 1 case of wine contains 6 bottles.

  • How do I get there?

    There are a multitude of transport options.

    The easiest option is to book a seat on our bus (click here), but you can hire a Shuttle/Taxi, bring your own vehicle on the car ferry or even catch a Helicopter in. We recommend booking in advance to make your day that more enjoyable, but don’t let that stop you if it’s a spur of the moment decision.

    We are located a little further a field on the eastern side of the island, so its important to make a bit more time to get here. The trip will reward you though, with some of the best unspoilt views of the Hauraki Gulf.

    Friday, Saturday: 11am – 5pm

    Thursday, Sunday, Monday: 11pm - 4pm

  • What are your payment options?

    We accept Visa and MasterCard through Stripe for all online orders. As standard practice we force all our pages to be encrypted on our website to furthermore offer peace of mind and security.

    Please note we do not hold any credit card information.

  • Can I get refund?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch. Please note we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order, so please choose your wine carefully.

  • Where do we ship to?

    We ship nationwide via courier or internationally with NZ Wine Home.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    FREE domestic shipping is provided on orders consisting of any 6 bottles or more. For orders under this quantity, your shipping will be calculated at checkout before you pay. Currently we charge a flat rate amount anywhere in New Zealand.

  • How long does it take for delivery?

    We understand that a great purchasing experience is all about how quickly we can deliver it. If we have the products you order in stock, we’ll dispatch your order within 24 Hours. We will email you promptly in the unlikely event that you’ve ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock and how long it will take on back order.

    We expect to have your goods delivered within 5 working days within New Zealand.

  • The product I received is damaged.

    If the goods you have received are damaged, faulty or defective in anyway, please contact us within 5 working days and this will be dealt with in accordance with our warranty terms.
