The 2014 Dreadnought has excellent fruit accessibility with a rich voluminous palate tamed with a streak of acidity and a mineral edge derived from the stem influence all supported by a classic Dreadnought tannin structure. The aromas are lifted with black and blue fruits and a spicy gaminess of the stems creating a complex and harmonious wine with plenty of aging potential. Stylish, finely balanced this wine is beautiful now but will reward careful cellaring.
