Our eco-friendly 'foot-free' Forest Flight journey comprises three separate tandem ziplines spanning over 900m connected by 660m of boardwalk protecting the forest floor. Explore the untouched Kauri forest with minimal environmental impact, preserving it’s natural beauty for the generations to come.
What to expect
Begin your adventure at our Experiences Centre located in Man O' War Bay. After a short, picturesque drive through vineyards and farm you’ll arrive at the Eastern End Look-out where your mesmerising journey truly begins. At 210m above sea level, this vantage point offers breath-taking panoramic views of Waiheke Island and the Hauraki Gulf beyond.
Other than a short 50m walk up to the look-out it's all downhill from there. Literally. Strap in for a descent that’s all about soaking in the lush native forest from all angles, while learning about our deep-rooted history and native flora and fauna with our passionate guides.
Man O’ War Forest Flight is crafted for a a range ages and levels of fitness, whether you're an adrenaline junkie or more of a ‘prefer the wine tasting’ type. Featuring comfortable full sit, hands-free harnesses that keep you forward-facing (so no awkward spinning) with custom Zipstop braking for a smooth ride. Plus, the tandem set up ensures you can share this unforgettable experience side-by-side with friends and family.
