Approximately 2 hours from start to finish, starting at our Experience Hub and finishing at the Tasting Room. Each tour will depend on the number of people and pace of each group. We ask that you check in at the Experience Hub 15 mins before your scheduled departure time.Please note we can shuttle you back to the Hub to your car if required.

You must wear closed-toe shoes (like tennis shoes or hiking boots) - no jandals or slip-ons will be allowed. Wear comfortable clothes: Pants or longer shorts are recommended—they’re more comfortable with our harnesses and a T-shirt. We recommend wearing layers so that you can adjust your clothing accordingly once you have arrived.  

Remember—we operate rain or shine, so please plan ahead for the weather. 

Although Forest Flight is tailored for a range of ages and levels of fitness there are a few restrictions to be aware of:  

• You need to weigh between 35kgs and 125kgs and be a minimum of 125cm tall. For safety reasons, we’ll have to double-check. All guests will be discreetly weighed at check-in. Please note, we’re sorry, but if you don’t meet the weight requirements you won’t be allowed on the tour, and we won’t be able to refund amounts paid, as we’ve set aside the spot for anyone who has reserved a spot.  
• You can’t be pregnant, suffer from any heart condition, have any broken, fractured or recently dislocated bones or have any previous back or neck conditions.  
• You will not be able to participate if you are impaired by drugs or alcohol.  
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or older.  
• We ask that everyone participating be in generally good health - you must be able to walk and climb stairs unassisted and be able to carry your own equipment, which consists of a helmet, harness, and trolley (weighing 3kgs approx). 
• Each person will be required to complete a waiver form prior to participation. You cannot complete a waiver form on behalf of someone else. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked Forest Flight session are liable to be charged at full price. 

Full price cancellations charges will also be applied to no shows or late arrivals as we are unable to wait for you. 

Should Man O' War need to cancel your tour due to weather or factors beyond our control, we are happy to offer you a rain check and reschedule you or offer a full refund. Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund if you decide to cancel due to rain.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by at least 1 Adult (18 years or over) for the duration of the tour. 

You cannot supervise them from the ground. Children also cannot be left unattended at the Experience Hub or Restaurant. 

Three dual ziplines - Zipline 1: 300m, Zipline 2: 350m, Zipline 3: 200m.

Safety is our top priority. We are AdventureMark approved and audited annually. Our guides are professionally trained, and we never compromise on your safety.

Between 2 and 50 meters. Each zipline offers a different experience. 

You've got this! We've had lots of people partake in Forest Flight who are not fans of heights but said they felt comfortable throughout the journey.

You can, and we do. We zip in most weather conditions and will make every effort to complete your tour as scheduled. If there is lightning or high winds, we will need to suspend and potentially cancel your tour but we will not cancel due to rain. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, we are happy to offer you a rain check and reschedule you or offer a full refund. Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund if you cancel due to rain.

On the rare occasion we cancel tours due to weather our team will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund.

We do not provide photography but we do have phone lanyards so that you can safely take your phone with you on the trip. You can take your own photos or ask our amazing staff to take some for you. 

Groups currently consist of a maximum of 11 participants and a minimum of two guides. If you would like to book a larger group or private tour please get in touch.

Yes! Well, some of it.... The zipline experience finishes right by our Tasting Room & Restaurant. If ziplining isn't for you, enjoy a glass of wine and view their final descent on Zipline 3 just behind the Tasting Room.

As much as we adore pups at the Bay - we do not allow animals on the Forest Flight. We're passionate aboutprotecting our native flora and fauna and the ecosystems they depend on.Also, unfortunately your dog also cannot be left unsupervised at the Experience Hub whilst you enjoy your zipline experience, so please leave your pup at home. 

We've got you. If you get scared halfway through the tour and cannot continue, we have multiple exit points where our team can help you get safely back to base. Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority.

You can bring your phone and a bottle of water (pump style) with you on the Forest Flight. We have clips that attach to your harness for your water bottle, and phone lanyards that securely hold your phone in place so that you can capture your zipline experience! Bottles of water are also available to purchase at the Experience Hub.

Any personal belongings you have with you will be stored safely in a storage tub. Our van will meet you at the end of your zipline experience with your belongings. We do not have any secure storage for any large luggage items i.e. suitcases etc but our team are happy to help where they can.

Please bring along any fast-acting medications (like an asthma inhaler or EpiPen) that you may need while on the tour. Your guide will make sure these items are secure and available.

We strongly recommend pre-booking your Forest Flight, so that you can plan travel and restaurant bookings around it.
