Explore cruise direct to Man O' War - the journey time is approximately 90 mins (via Rotoroa Island), departing Auckland from the Explore Booking Kiosk in Viaduct Harbour.

Fullers Ferry: The Fullers Ferry runs frequently between Auckland Viaduct and Matiatia Ferry Terminal (Western end of island) and takes approximately 40 mins or 50 mins if going via Devonport. From here, Man O’ War is a 40 min drive along a scenic road through the island and out to the Eastern end via car, taxi or Fullers Eastern Explorer bus (please note the Explorer Bud doesnt operate year round).
BY LAND -
The Fullers Eastern Explorer Hop-on / Hop-off bus service offers 5 stops on a 110-minute loop, including iconic destinations: Stony Batter Tunnels, Man O’ War, Waiheke Distilling Co, Passage Rock Wines and Awaroa Winery. Fullers also offer Ferry + Tour packages.

Man O' War Bay is conveniently accessible with direct services on Explore’s premium Hauraki Gulf cruise fleet – just 90 minutes from Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour. The Explore ferry departs from the Explore Kiosk, located inside Auckland's Viaduct Harbour at the end of Quay St, diagonally across from the entrance to the New Zealand Maritime Museum.
